In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedSounds good. I’m having my client keep an eye on it to see if giving it some after flushing the WPP cache helps with that. If we run into more issues, I will definitely let you know.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedHaha, oh, I totally get. What I meant that they mentioned to me that as soon as they publish a new article it’s immediately appearing in the list, when they said it used to not be that way. Just saying it’s appearing there before anyone has really viewed it other than admins. Does what you’re saying still apply to that?

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedOne other quick question… my client mentioned to me that when they’ve added brand new posts it’s automatically adding them to the WPP list before they’re even notified their subscribers of new content, so we know users couldn’t have read them that quickly, especially for the 7 day span. Is that because I recently cleared the plugin cache, or another issue?

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedThank you! Seems to be working much better now. Sincerely appreciate your help since whatever I was doing simply wasn’t right!

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedOops, sorry, thought I had included it. Here you go:
[wpp limit=10 range=’last7days’ time_quantity=1 time_unit=’week’ ?freshness=0 stats_views=0 stats_author=1]

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedYes, that makes sense. I made some adjustments to the code but seems like there are still some random older articles that still sneak in there somehow.
Also, I have caching turned off, but does that make that problem worse? Also, I noticed the same shortcode shows completely different results on different pages (e.g. homepage vs post page). Do you know why that would be?

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedYeah, makes perfect sense. I didn’t realize the owners of the site were doing that.
Changing to draft mode fixed that problem in the feed. However, when I switched to freshness=1 it says no data to pull, but with freshness=0 it displays it properly.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Duplicate posts displaying in feedOh, I didn’t realize that (as I think my client must’ve duplicated and recycled that post). We have the settings set to only show recent posts, so do you know why it would be displaying that post in the feed? This is our shortcode: [wpp limit=10 range=’custom’ time_quantity=1 ?freshness=0 stats_views=0 stats_author=1]
Hi @lagartijacreative, sorry you’re having issues. Hopefully I remember everything I did. I believe I used the WPOptimize plugin to optimize the WordPress tables. I also cleared all cache plugins and the server cache. We whitelisted the URL/permalink for the specific page running the donation form. And then I think I enabled AJAX for Gravity Forms or something like that—it was a few months ago I did this, so my memory is failing me on specifics, so my apologies on not having more details.
Email sent. Thank you.
Yeah, everything is up-to-date from what I can tell. Here’s a video of the issue I’m running into: https://somup.com/cZhiDy5qJK
@sammy514 Yeah, seems like their plugin is buggy. Since I’m using Divi for the theme builder I ended up using their built-in counter module which works a lot more smoothly. That’s only helpful if you use the Divi theme builder or Divi plugin, so I’m sorry if that doesn’t help much.
Sorry, I had switched it to another plugin that wasn’t having this issue. But I created another page using your plugin so you can see the issue:

Seems to be a universal issue as it’s doing this on multiple websites I have created, so just letting you know.Oh oops, sorry. I submitted it via my OptinMonster account, thank you.

In reply to: [Cool Timeline (Horizontal & Vertical Timeline)] Remove paginationIt was the quotation marks issue. Got that fixed now. I had copied and pasted what you had above, and I think that’s where the discrepancy came in. Thanks for your help!
