In reply to: [Cool Timeline (Horizontal & Vertical Timeline)] Remove paginationThank you. I tried adding that as [cool-timeline ‘show-posts=”100″’] and it’s still showing pagination. Is there something I did wrong?

In reply to: [Cool Timeline (Horizontal & Vertical Timeline)] Remove paginationWhere is the setting for that? Or is that something to be included in the shortcode? I’m just not finding where to adjust that.
I think it’s working now. Updating the database tables, and whitelisting the page from cache, as well as adjusting something for Gravity Forms loading on the page seems to have helped. Thank you.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] WPP Cache Getting StuckI tried deactivating the cache plugins we have installed, but it didn’t make a difference. Does it require more time to see a difference?
Or I have the cache turned off, but should I change it to a different setting?- This reply was modified 11 months, 1 week ago by myntillae.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] WPP Cache Getting StuckActually, I figured out what was actually going on. I had misunderstood from my client—my apologies. The issue with it getting stuck is it actually getting stuck loading. Often it will look like it’s loading but then never loads anything, so it’s not a connection issue. It will resolve when I clear the plugin cache, but then it seems to happen again at random times. Any ideas.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] WPP Cache Getting StuckSince they post new content every day since they’re a news site, their expected behavior is that it shows the most popular posts for the week (Sunday through Friday), which are the new posts for the week. But seems it gets stuck and doesn’t always refresh properly and will show posts from the week prior. So, I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the cache or with how I have it set up.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Redis cache conflict with keeping list up-to-dateOkay, thanks. I have changed the settings to refer every 5 mins to see if that works. If that doesn’t work after a few days, then I will try disabling it all together to see if that works better. Thanks for the advice. I’ll keep you posted if none of the options work.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] Redis cache conflict with keeping list up-to-dateI have the cache settings in place in the plugin under Tools, but it seems to have a conflict after we added Redis Cache on our server, which our hosting provider had sent an article about how to help with speed issues for WPP. Ironically, now the two caches seem to conflict.
Is there a way for me to attach screenshots on here?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] How to include author name in the [wpp] shortcodeThank you! That worked perfect. I just couldn’t find any documentation for what the shortcode options were, so I appreciate your help! Thanks again.

In reply to: [WordPress Popular Posts] How to include author name in the [wpp] shortcodeI just have this in place:
[wpp limit=10]
We are using the basic version of the plugin. It’s weird because the Popup Builder isn’t appearing as a menu option on the lefthand side of the WP admin dashboard, so I’m trying to figure out if there’s some conflict or some sort. But every time I click on ‘Settings’ underneath the plugin name on the plugins page, it tells me I don’t have permissions to view that page (https://latterdaysaintmag.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=popupbuilder&page=sgpbSettings).
