Thanks for the reply. Its difficult to switch to default theme and deactivate plugins in the active site. If it fails all the time we can try this option also. But failing for few enquirers and don’t know how to find the reason. Please suggest if there are any other ways to track the reasons for contact form 7 failures without deactivating plugins and theme.

Thank you for the reply. If both first and last name are mandatory as per GiveWP guidelines, then it is ok. We are getting an issue when we upload with single name alone [Either first name or last name].

Any help on this. Whenever we upload the donations without Last Name, it is showing the Donor Name twice when we check in Donations Report. The name is coming two times in Receipt also for that particular Donation. Please give some inputs to fix this.

Thank you for the reply. We have tried to import 10 donors. But the Donor name is coming twice after import when we check against donations. But coming correctly when we check in Donors. I have tried with without and with Last name column. Please Help on this.

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I checked, and it is working correctly with default theme and download monitor plugin alone. I have tried with other themes also working correctly.

Configuration mistake from my side. I have created Groups, but didn’t select the Group in Placements settings.

Adds are coming on rotation basis now.

I removed the above 2 lines and the menu working correctly.

Will be waiting for the plugin update to keep the sub menu remaining closed when we give the parent menu as Link
