Hi all,
I updated my site with Nextgen 2.0 today after having updated WP to 3.6. After the update about 95% of my photos in albums and galleries stopped working. They were there as thumbnails but when clicked not being displayed (as if the lightbox wasn’t there anymore). The few that actually worked were displayed as 320×240 pictures. Also, I had used the shortcode to display albums on a page and it was ignored by Nextgen.
Tried to work out how to fix it using the new 2.0 version but I just gave up after two hours headache. Nothing I tried worked or even came close to fixing anything.
I followed the how-to-rollback-a-version link, did the steps and installed 1.9.13 which works smoothly now. Sure, it doesn’t have all the fancy stuff 2.0 has but it works. Atleast until I figure out if I’m going to keep Nextgen.

Oh well… Never mind. Friend gave up and choose another theme. But will keep on fiddling with Adventure Journal myself since I love how it looks =)

Somewhat reproduced the behaviour on a local test.
Added 12 different pages to the navbar, making 2 at the top slip under the graphic. This must mean that you should be able to extend the graphics, correct?
Still can’t figure out how he did the other thing though. The behaviour about showing what isn’t supposed to be showing.

Nice one. Love the theme on the site and the colours look nice. The site load a little slow for me, but it could just be my connection.

I thought the site was very white and “crisp”. Some more colours and more “life” could be a suggestion.

YAY! Got it to work finaly. Not really according to instructions but close enough for comfort. I’m going to sort this thing with “PAGES” out later on but for now I can display my pictures according to categories.

I must be doing something wrong though because I don’t get it to work. Perhaps I’m mixing ALBUMS, GALLERIES and PAGES in a big mess and loose myself along the way=). Going to keep trying, it will get right sooner or later. Atleast I have something to go by now.

I’m not sure how you guys do it but I’ve been trying for a couple of hours and I just don’t get it right. I want it just like mlouelkins describe it, but but but… I just don’t get it and I’m ready to give up.

Mlouelkins… Can you run it step by step for me? Make it simple, make it straight, think newbie. Please! I’m about to throw this out and do something else.
