So it is updated, and has been actually. And IDK if this has anything to do with it or not, but on my site the plugin says I’m running 2.109 yet on your site it says the latest version is 2.108.1. I’d add a screenshot, but there isn’t an option here to do so. Anyways, the plugin has been updated this entire time, and I got the last e-mail with that error this morning at 6:40 AM.

P.S. I just noticed that on the product list page, they all say sync and show under the FB sync column, it’s on the individual product pages (admin) it gives the other message. Which is totally conflicting! And I still have some collections (that do have products) that don’t show up in my shop as well as some individual products. Thanks!

Hi. So a screenshot isn’t going to help any as it is just doing what you mentioned, which is anytime I update a product it posts an update to my business page timeline/wall instead of just to the FB/IG shop. Obviously I just want it to update in the shop.

I disabled all but Woocommerce and FB for Woocommerce and then tried editing some items and for some reason all of my products now say, “This product is not yet synced to Facebook.” which it didn’t before, they were all synced. I then re-enabled all plugins and checked my products again and it didn’t change that message. However, I seem to remember that there used to be a setting in the FB tab that let you select sync or not for the individual products, and I wrong? And, the sync products is checked in the plugin settings.

You know, it would be extremely helpful if the developers could include an option to post to the business page timeline and the shop or just the shop, seriously.

Anyways, that’s the test results. Now what do I do?

Ok here’s the report. Like I said no errors pertaining to this plugin. I really, REALLY need it to not post it on my business page every time I update a product, it irritates my followers so I haven’t really been able to update anything lately. I can also create a temporary secure login if that helps, just let me know. Thank you!!!

I apologize, I swear I thought I answered this LOL! Anyways, I couldn’t figure out github, is is ok to post the status report here or no? Also, I do have one fatal error, but it’s a jetpack error, so I don’t think that’s going to matter???

Well if it’s using the same class as another button on the page, I don’t get why it wouldn’t work. I can create the css but say if I switch it back to what it was instead of changing it to what you just gave me, how to I form the selector for class=”button print”? I’m good with the rules but for some reason I always have a hard time with selectors (don’t ask me why, I’m weird!). I just want to change as few files as possible to avoid problems when updating, in case I forget what I did, and I will. Thanks.

Thank you! So I just changed it to use the same class as the other button right above it which is the order again button, the class on that one is button & the class on the print button was button print so I just took out the print. When viewing it in the browser using the inspector it shows the change took effect but it’s not using that class, it’s still using the old one. Any idea why that is happening?

One more question @mokshasharmila13 if you don’t mind. Where is the print button styling for the order confirmation page? For some weird reason it is using my site button background color, but not the button text properties. Thanks!

Hmm ok, I am my developer so I guess I just won’t be able to update it again after the next update. It’s just so weird I couldn’t hide it with css, I’ve hidden other things so I’m a little baffled why that didn’t work. That would have been a perfect way to do that & get updates too. Of well. If you ever add a feature for hiding the shipping for service based businesses, please let me know.

When you say it won’t “carry” the new updated features do you mean that after I upload that file the updated features will be lost? If yes, should I even update then?

Oh awesome, THANK YOU! I just tested it & now it doesn’t show. I’ll make a backup right away. So every time I update the plugin, I’ll need to upload the edited print-order file again? And that won’t hinder any updates features?
