I would be glad to give you 5 stars if you can fix this problem. From what I can tell CM Tooltippy was linking to pages that didn’t exist. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but that didn’t change anything. Somehow the bad links reappeared after I reinstalled it. If there is some way to clear out the old links, so that when I reinstall the plugin, it starts fresh. When I uninstall, it stores the old installation somewhere.

I am using Themes DNA HotWP Pro. It used to work on this site, but now messes up the layout of the posts so they are unusable. I have replaced CM Tooltip Glossary with WordPress Tooltips, which works just fine. I did like your plugin when it worked. I am not using any builders such as Elementor etc.

I had this problem and spent two days working on it by myself, with Godaddy and Zoho email. It started magically working perfectly after I went to my Cpanel, then email routing, and changed the setting to “Remote Mail Exchanger” for my websites. Good luck.
