If you’re up for adding code to your wpconfig file, Cloudways has laid out a simple way to do it.

I’m not sure there’s a way to test it. I believe it’s setup to use whatever theme is available should the active theme fail or have an issue.

I believe the answer to this is surprisingly simple. All you need to do is delete all themes from Appearance-> Themes that you do not want to use. That will leave your primary theme which you will activate and Astra as your back up should the primary break.

This will take custom CSS to fix. Fortunately, inside the customizer, there’s a place to add in your own CSS.

This is likely a matter of finding the newsletter plugin that has the features you are looking for. There are some options to try in the WordPress plugin directory and I found some additional options in this Google search.

I, too, was unable to find these plugins, so I thought about what I understand you’re trying to accomplish.

What if instead of trying to find a solution for the URL, you simply linked to the survey. That way you could reuse the URL with whomever and add on UTM tracking if you need additional information.

How disappointing! My last bit of help is to try installing “Health Check”:?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ and see what it has to say.

On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in,?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

When I right click on the website and go to Inspect, I can see that there’s an issue with jQuery not being defined and it’s causing something to create a looping error. Most commonly this is comes from a slider, but if this site doesn’t have one then it’s a different element. Obviously. ??

A plugin like this – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/force-jquery-in-head/ – will insert jQuery into the header and solve the errors about jQuery not being defined/loaded.

Once the jQuery issue is solved, hopefully the rest of the javascript on the site (like for the accordion menu) will work.

I recommend that you check the Polylang support channel to see if anyone else has reported a similar issue. If not, please post what you shared above in their forum. They’ll be able to give you the specific help that you need. ??

When I use Inspect to take a look at the site, I see an issue that can occur when a slider is creating an error on every slide change. This can also break any and all other javascript on the page, like an accordion. You could try disabling the slider and see if it helps.

If you’re going to be using Woo for the eCommerce element, I would recommend asking in their support/community channels. Or which ever eCommerce platform you’re going to use.

That could keep you from falling in love with a theme and having it cause you problems down the road.
