@korvak This will indeed be released. We certainly understand your impatience, but as shared above, HPOS compatibility has been an extremely large lift for us, as our sync interacts with every single part of a WooCommerce order – not to mention additional compatibility we have with 20+ WooCommerce extensions that also interact with WooCommerce orders.

We’ve been hard at work since last year on this compatibility, and our focus is on releasing a fully-tested HPOS compatible version (as well as keeping perfect support for users who don’t wish to enable HPOS yet) – not a version that’s rushed and causes issues with HPOS.

I’d highly recommend reaching out to our support team at [email protected] to register your interest in a pre-release version, if you’d like. That’s something we’d be able to share with our users in the near future as we complete additional development and testing.

Of course! If you’re able to reach out to our support team at [email protected], they’d be happy to help with this! This is a setting in MyWorks Sync > Settings > Order.

As a note, we don’t normally see paid invoices sent to customers from QuickBooks, as the normal WooCommerce order confirmation/receipt emails that a customer would get after an order are usually the best way to give them a “receipt”/confirmation.

    Hi, ViR.

Our team is hard at work continuing to finalize our HPOS compatibility while also tackling our existing roadmap of additional features we have slated as well. HPOS compatibility in our sync can’t be compared to any other feature (or plugin), as it is a?very large lift for order-intensive plugins like ours, and requires an extreme amount of effort and testing on our end – not only to correctly support HPOS in every single way we interact with WooCommerce orders, but also to correctly support existing users that choose not to enable HPOS yet. HPOS itself was in development for years before it was released, and it’s currently only 7 months old since it’s been “released” publicly by WooCommerce in October 2023.

We’ll keep our users updated as we have a pre-release version available with full HPOS compatibility, as well as when we publicly release an updated version.

@korvak Although we don’t have a specific ETA, our team is in the final stages of testing and development with this. We’ll be notifying all of our users as soon as we have a firm ETA, which will include the ability to use a stable pre-release in the meantime.

We’re glad we’ve been able to release this update! We expect our next update to be within the next month as we work to complete building and testing full HPOS support in our sync.

    Brent,

Thanks for reaching out! Our support team has had this ticket escalated and in review since it was originally opened – and I’m seeing this has continued to be investigated by our team. Starting with the most recent update first, I’m seeing this has been successfully resolved for you – with the cause being a conflict with the Aelia currency plugin also present on your store.

As our support team also shared with you, most of the reason for the extended troubleshooting time here was the edge-case nature of this issue: it wasn’t something we were able to reproduce internally or with other users and required extensive troubleshooting by our team on your site.

We’re glad to see this has been resolved for you, and as always, our support team is able to most efficiently assist you if you reach out anytime at https://support.myworks.software or [email protected].

    Thanks for reaching out here!

Our dev team has indeed been hard at work on compatibility here – which is significantly more complex for an integration like MyWorks, in comparison to other WooCommerce extensions that have much less functionality that interacts with WooCommerce orders than us.

However, we’re pleased to be making significant progress here, and we’ll be releasing an update in the coming weeks that adds initial support for HPOS. Even earlier, we’ll be releasing an update that support HPOS being enabled on your site with Compatibility Mode turned on.

Thanks for reaching out – happy to give you a hand here!

We’d agree this isn’t normal behavior, although normally the cause here would be that there’s possibly a different app connected to your QuickBooks that’s been adding these?

However, our support team can certainly jump in to help confirm/review this further for you! Would you email our support team at [email protected]?with your WooCommerce store domain, and we can help review this with you?

Of course! We support syncing any WooCommerce gateway you use into QuickBooks ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

MyWorks handles the syncing of your customers, orders, payments, products, inventory levels and more between your WooCommerce store and QuickBooks company ?? We don’t handle the actual payment processing on your site, but the good news is you can use any payment processor that supports WooCommerce. Have you taken a look at Stripe or WooCommerce Payments?

    https://woo.com/payments/

MyWorks can definitely sync monthly/recurring subscription orders from your WooCommerce store into QuickBooks!

    @korvak Thanks for reaching out!

HPOS isn’t yet something we’re compatible with – although, like many other developers, it’s something we’ve been excitedly working on building/testing ??

Adding this type of compatibility is no small project and requires a significant amount of development and testing while we ensure we’re supporting HPOS perfectly while also leaving support for users who decide not to move to HPOS yet. It’s also incomparable to the effort needed for minor WooCommerce extensions that have much less functionality in WooCommerce, like a plugin that facilitates custom order numbers, for example.

As we near a beta version of this support, we’ll be sharing this information with our users via email, along with the option to begin using our beta version!

Also, just to clarify an important point, HPOS is currently only a beta option for new/fresh WooCommerce stores at this point – and has been delayed by WooCommerce to not be released as a non-beta option for new/fresh WooCommerce stores in WooCommerce v8.0, as was originally planned. The entire WooCommerce community continues to work towards better/full compatibility, and this is a process that does take time (and some serious effort).

We look forward to making a beta version of HPOS support available soon!

    Nick,

Thanks for reaching out – great question! Our sync is totally fine with alternative ways to run the wp-cron, and overall, this shouldn’t be an issue. You’re likely seeing our sync working as expected – and new data automatically syncing, correct?

We have seen this message you’re referring to pop up in some cases as a false-positive; when our checks that control this message can’t correctly determine the wp-cron is actually running. We already have plans to improve this in future versions; but for now, you’re perfectly safe dismissing this, as our sync should work as designed. ??

    @ftrcdev Thanks for reaching out!

This is an area we’ve identified for improvement, and is something we’ve been able to implement internally. Although not released in a public version update yet, we’d be happy to share a beta version with you if helpful, if you reach out to our support team within your account with us below.

The best and fastest way for our support team to give you a hand with any support questions is in our support site at https://support.myworks.software. They are available 24/7 via ticket and do an excellent job at responding quickly / helping resolve any questions, and they’d be happy to help you!

Thanks for reaching out, @ravanh ! MyWorks does indeed sync discounts from an order as we’re syncing that order to QuickBooks Online.

This area is quite customizable as well. In addition to supporting a range of discounts in a WooCommerce order (line item, whole-order, coupon code, gift card, negative line items), we’re able to sync those into QuickBooks as a net line item, or in the subtotal field, to name a few.

Happy to help with any other questions – and our sales team is available at anytime via live chat on our website in the meantime also!

    (@myworksdesign)

Thanks for reaching out! This is a feature we’re actively working on improving in our upcoming next version release. You should see improvements in this area in the next release!

In the meantime, we encourage you to reach out directly to our support team with any questions, or to request a status update / beta release if you’re interested. The best way to reach us is always via support ticket within your account with us at https://support.myworks.software, and we can keep you updated there as well as we near the next update.
