I found then issue after long research.

It was the CSS plugin that was obsolete, they probably haven’t updated it according to last WordPress versions. It was conflicting.

I would be happy to check that. But I need to understand what are you referring to exactly?

– I have only one navigation menu
– A widget for the social menu (coded by me), that I can’t see unless in the customization view, which now don’t show.

Yes I did.

So it is not an issue of Theme.

Any theme you preview in the live preview there is “no” menu on the sidebar except for the widget submenu, which when you open it has nothing in it.

I posted there one month ago, no reply what so ever.

Try to add

margin-right: 5px;

to your

.social-links ul li {
  
}

I realized that for self development WordPress.com is not enough, therefor I moved to www.ads-software.com.

With this said, the issue was to install font awesome as a plugin, which turned out not to be possible. That is because changing the icons of the footer in this theme has to be done by forcing an icon, since it associates an image based on the link, which to force it otherwise requires intervention with a plugin.

Yes.

Because from the regular WordPress site the plugin doesn’t appear when you search for it. By accessing the site/wp-admin, doesn’t show “add new” under plugin, I have a premium account, could that be the reason?

I need to install the “better font awesome” which is a plugin for changing menu icons. In order to do that I need to have FTP access.
