Sort order wrong – no date on blog post

(This is probably a problem with my website rather than with the Blogroll but here goes…)
I have a main WP site and another WP site on a subdomain. On the subdomain site I use the WP Social Blogroll, which lists my main site and other blogs.
The Blogroll sorts the sites correctly, however my main website always appears near the end of the list because the date of the last post is missing. The post title appears fine, just not the date. What would cause this?
When I do the Blogroll URL check, my site is listed showing that the RSS address is via Goggle Feed Discovery, just like the other sites.
I’m using Feedburner with the main site. Is that causing the problem?
