‘Default’ is working fine. The problem is the ‘Branded’ option when setting the ‘Payment Request Branded Button Label Format’ option to ‘Text and logo’.
Please test the ‘Branded’ option with the above set to both ‘Logo only’ and ‘Text and logo’. Both these options are showing logo only for Apple Pay, but only one option should be showing logo only.

When selecting the ‘Default’ option for the payment request button, it displays the full text in Apple Pay button as ‘Buy with Apple Pay’.
This is even shown in your official plugin documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-7
How can this be normal?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Supporting multi-currencyPlease confirm the following: Does the Stripe plugin take the default currency from WooCommerce settings and display this on the checkout page?

In reply to: [Amazon Pay for WooCommerce] How to enable multi-currencyI am using the latest version of plugin 1.12.2.
This is the error I get when attempting to place an order:
Error: The OrderReferenceId S02-5898065-5978073 has constraints CurrencyMismatch and cannot be confirmed.
The WooCommerce default currency is set to USD and the currency in Amazon Pay account is set up with GBP. The conflict seems to be with the WooCommerce currency setting, not with multi-currency from another plugin.
Why does Amazon Pay expect the WooCommerce default currency to be the same as the Amazon Pay account currency, if multi-currency is supported?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Supporting multi-currencyHi,
I have currency conversion on my website which displays the user’s local currency on all pages, except the checkout page. The checkout page is displaying the currency determined by the Stripe plugin. Stripe itself supports multiple presentment currencies, but the plugin appears to be only recognising the default currency from WooCommerce and forcing this on the checkout page. Does this not mean that the plugin is not recognising multiple presentiment currencies which Stripe supports?
This link shows all the presentment currencies which Stripe supports:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Supporting multi-currencyHi,
Thanks for the answer. The gateway in this case is Stripe, so please let me know what additional configuration is required to make Stripe support multi-currency? I do not see any option in Stripe account admin panel on Stripe website.
With respect, I must disagree on the comparison between the platforms. Facebook does a far better job when taking impressions, clicks and costs into consideration on new campaigns which have no previous purchase history.
With Facebook Dynamic Ads, changing the optimisation strategy from Purchase conversions to Add to Cart conversions has a multi-fold increase in conversions. This serves as an effective preliminary ‘proxy’ for recently created campaigns. It is also the main strategy suggested by Facebook in their official documentation for optimising ads with low Purchase conversions.
I hope you will reconsider this in future because Add to Cart conversions are essential for creating successful Purchase campaigns.
