Hi Ketan, You are saying I should not write the shortcode in the additional CSS class section and leave it empty? If I do that, it deletes the code from the screen, so where do I write the grid code? see here the screen shot

Dear Ketan, can you help me with the News plugin? I am trying to use the Grid layout and the shortcode [sp_news grid=”3″] is not working.
There is a message on my dashboard that says: Data update required for Post Grid, but when I click on update, it says: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
The page I am trying to organise the news grid for is: https://www.goodworldcitizen.org/
Also the images do not display correctly.
