I am really sorry that I have not been maintaining it. I made it for one of my projects and posted it here. First couple of weeks I checked and there was not much response, so I discontinued to check. Now I see there are other people interested; so I am hoping to be regular.
@kathy_goss: this check is done against the database and added to hooks “personal_options_update” and “edit_user_profile_update”. As I understand, these hooks are called before database. I wish there was an ajax way of doing this, but there isn’t any I know of.
