I’ve had this issue with them many time in the past. Luckily, I haven’t had any more problems with the plugin (until now).

IMO the best way to contact them is here. Maybe because everyone can read it and they are “kinda” forced to give a response. But I see with this thread it might not be the case anymore…

I hasn’t stopped. Some users don’t even get their email now since the last update (if they use a hotmail account, everything works fine with gmail).

I can’t make reservations at 10:00 from the Dashboard AND I’VE BEEN TRYING TO GET YOUR HELP FOR A MONTH.

Worst support ever, really. I lowered my review again, so I guess there’s no point on helping someone who PAID? I complain for a reason. A MONTH. Just say you are busy or cna’t locate where the issue is. SOMETHING.
It’s like calling a help center and they just let you wait with annoying music for ever and the they hang out.

I don’t want to sound rude either, it’s just that it’s a client’s websites and they get nervous when things don’t get fixed ASAP. But yeah, I understand.

Is this one on the roadmap? –> In the calendar view on the Dashboard, when you visualize the reservations, it would be useful to have the option to see the name of the customer instead of the name of the staff member.

Very welcome update! But this one –> “Premium Features label is removed on Professional and Premium Versions” is not working for me.

Anyway, I have another thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/adding-last-name-field-on-form-under-name?replies=4) a week old with no answer, let’s if I get luckier here. SImple question, actually. Is there a way to add a new Field on the form (LAst Name, in this case) under the Name field? No matter what I try every new Field just positions itself at the bottom of the rest.

I mean… For real, this is not a complicated question. Your documentation is pretty weak, it should be clear whether it’s possible to add a new field wherever you want or not.

But yeah a “no, right now is not possible” should do. One week since I first asked…

Is this the one supposed to go up in a few hours? Do you think it’ll be ready in the next 24 hours? I’m really excited to see which features are those. Even Though 99% is basically ALL of them.

Really… again? It can either be done or not, it takes 30 seconds to answer.

Are any of these gonna be implemented down the road? I’d be great to know, as they solve “real world” problems when using the plugin. The “hidden” services would be really nice to have.
