If I add new fields to form one it’s okay.
It would be a lot of work to recreate the form over again.

So I guess it’s because there are either too many fields or something is corrupt in the form.

I appreciate your help mbrsolution with this.

On the test page it’s [si-contact-form form=’5′]

On the application page it’s [si-contact-form form=’4′]

On the contact page that’s working it’s [si-contact-form form=’1′]

Done. Now only have 56 fields.

5.4 was the only one that worked. However, it’s not working again today so it wasn’t a permanent fix, unfortunately. Tried other versions of PHP but nothing is working.

Strange thing is, some sites are working, some don’t at all and another one where some get through. It seems that sites with the basic form are okay, whereas those with a lot more fields are not working.

So, on one site there are two forms. One short and one long. The sort one works and the longer one does not.

I would love to see a fix for this. I always get clients to make a donation and have myself, on several occasions, donated as I know it takes a lot of time to support this.

This has been driving me crazy on several sites where I have used this plugin. I have tried everything mentioned above with no success. Until now, that is. I was lucky to get a great support person at HostMonster and after an hour and a half what fixed it was going into the php config section of C-pannel and changing the php version to 5.4 (basic). A php version had not been assigned. Only use 5.4 basic if you only have one website on the hosting account. It wouldn’t work with 5.4 (Single php.ini). This was a great relief as I have six sites failing right now and maybe others that don’t know yet. Hope this helps some of you.

Same problem. I have the form going to a valid address at my domain (@ HostMonster), a gmail address and another domain address also hosted at HostMonster. The form goes to the valid address at my domain but not to the gmail address or the other domain address.
I have followed all the documentation but it’s not working. Have used this plugin for many years and have lots of clients using it too. I really like it. I also contribute to support the plugin and get all clients to contribute too.

In the past if I have had a problem I have disabled all other plugins and changed the theme and then saved the form. Sometimes this has solved the problem, but not this time.

If I add the <div id=”innerbody”> it works fine. With the basic settings it doesn’t work.
I think I made a mistake with “There are no options for this widget”
I thought this was saying the settings in Admin page were not working through the widget.

So my actual problem is just that it’s not working with the basic settings. Only if I add the innerbody div.

I just fixed it about 1/2 hour ago. Thanks!

I uninstalled it and deleted the gallery, but this didn’t fix it.
I had some code to centre the gallery :
<div style=”max-width: 850px; padding-left:40px;”> [nggallery id=1]</div>
This always worked but I had to delete it and just use [nggallery id=1]to get it to work.
Now I can use the code again and it works but the gallery does not centre for some reason.
