When we are login in admin and user profile it’s working fine and go to profile page: https://prnt.sc/IbGao8zszGrP https://marijuanamodels.com/model/test123/ but without login it’s not working and user link are same for both case.

So when we did the same way we are not able to get the custom taxonomy in backend. Please check and let me know.

All emails are working fine. Email log isn’t needed.

There is no feature to make recipients as vendor and customer.

It send only to admin, recipients should be Admin, Partners and customers so that everyone is notified about cancellation.
