I hope these 2 links will resolve the problem and you will get your fix from those two links.

You can give Read and Write access to the given warning file through filezilla or any other FTP client.

Please give a read and write to these files:-

And also I can see the WP login window, try to clear your cache , at least you could see login screen with above warnings.

that’s great, you got the cause for an issue.

i am not sure if you can able to fix this without login to admin console of WP.

May I know, Did you disable all the plugins before migration. Because, sometimes plugins cause an issue after migration.

If you want, you can give another try, just before the migration, disable all the plugins. after migration check whether you are able to login of admin page or not. If you succeed so far then just enable all the plugins one by one.

I could see your page and I dont see the default welcome installation page of WP setup, so probably you need to clear a cache and give a try.

It might have many reasons, Please check all the points :-

Have you recently updated your WP, if so. Please try to disable and enable the plugin and also give the specific rights to plugin under path wp-content/plugins.

You need to login with administrator user for this and look for the cause.

If you do both the steps , probably you can fond an issue for the caused or else revert back to me further on this.
