Unfortunately that ‘work around’ is not possible. with over 2000 products, the VAST majority have multiple attributes, that’s just not feasible. For example: one product line we have has 10 versions/models and each version has anywhere from 5-7 colors and 12 sizes. There is no possible way to break those out into individual offerings. That would be a HORRIBLE shopping experience for our customers.

this is a huge problem and makes the plug-in unusable for any company that sells any sort of clothing product. And again, it worked fine with 1.0.38 but was broken with 2.0.

same issue here except I never upgraded to 2.x. I’ve been on 1.0.38 because of the issue with multiple variable items not syncing with square on versions 2.0 and up. I don’t do automatic updates, so I’m still on 1.0.38. But still not working …this just started happening this past week. so right now I am dead in the water with our website – no orders coming in.

This plugin is SOOOO frustrating lately.

I did some troublshooting and found it was a plugin that was causing the issue. Its not something you see on the website, its on the backend when I look at an order as an admin.

I set the Address 2 field to required and it seems to work. This is odd because we are using version 1.0.38 since 2.0 broke a key functionality that we need: syncing items with multiple attributes. We did not do any update at all but it stopped working this past weekend for no apparent reason.
Can someone confirm that 2.1 will sync items with multiple attributes? (think Size and Color of a shirt).

I checked the address 2 line and it was marked as “Optional”. How can it be required if a person does not have any info to put in that field? Most people don’t use the field…what would they put?

does this also somehow affect sync or is that something else?

Hello – I am wondering if the issue of syncing products with multiple variations has ever been resolved? I rolled back to 1.0.38 and it’s been fine…until today when I can no longer receive ANY payments on our website. Has something changed? We are getting an error saying it’s a Square problem (somehting like Square is unable to process this payment, please try again later…or something like that). Square says they are not even seeing the transaction so it’s never making it out of the website.

Right now we are dead in the water. Any solutions?? Please???
