Hey!

I connected my site with the CookieYes app and nicely adjusted everything.
However, there are still few things I’d like to know.
1. why the header.php needs to be modified?
2. no matter what I select on the consent pop-up (reject or accept) the page does not reload which obviously means the analytics is measured without user’s consent.

I did leave the gtag code in the page header as suggested in your documentation.

Hi,

Well, we gave up and bought other plugin.
I checked the site with two browsers (Chrome and FF).
No other category plugins were installed.
No editor whatsover, just plain text.

The site uses Elementor but it wasn’t used on this particular site.

Hi,

I have read your instructions on how to implementi Google Consent Mode Using CookieYes but some things are still unclear to me. ??

I’m using a plugin for adding scripts to header, body and footer. There is a GTM script in the Header and Body section. I assume I add the CookieYes custom script above the GTM code in the header section and that’s it?

PS: I haven’t got any custm consent mode script nor CookieYes scripts. Neither I have an account at CookieYes as this is a small website with not so many users …

I did. One by one. And each time performed a refresh (CTRL+F5). No changes. Still showing 7 images.
Any other ideas?

May I see the test you conducted?
Did you use a full-screen container (1920px or more)?

If I limit it to webpage default width (1140px) then it works as intended.
If I use full width it shows 7 images. But once I tap the zoom (in or out), it starts showing 4 images.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it seems that we may not be on the same page. I understand that the item number represents the number of images. However, in my case, when I select 2, 3, or 4, there are always more pictures displayed.

Did you have a chance to check the link I provided? How many pictures do you see in the slider? I see 7, but there should be only 4.

Now the shortcode parameters are set to 4 images and yet I see 7 of them.
My screen resolution is 1920px wide.

Looks like there is a problem with the initialization.
I tempered with the php file (class-simple-owl-carousel-shortcode.php) and changed / added responsive parameters and in theory it works.

But in reality those parameters aren’t read correctly on initital load. Only when you zoom in or zoom out the page they start to work as intended.

Seems to be a glitch within the code. Are you perhaps familiar with this?
