I genuinely thank you for answering the questions that I posted in my thread, but as I read through the items on the thread that I started, I received a notification that led me to this Q&E.

While checking my emails, this question appeared in my WordPress forum responses; it sounded as if it might be a route to finding a solution for my problem is why I posted the item you find inappropriate.

BTW, I followed the advice you provided and joined a group on Facebook, but I have not posted a message to that board yet.

I am new to this forum and Podcasting so bear with me if I sound like a newbie. I have found an obstacle to free Podcasting; the obstacle is Free. Is this a solution to Recording and HOSTING a Podcast or do I have to purchase a Hosting Plan?

If The default Player doesn’t have recording capabilities, how do you record a Podcast?

I am trying to record a Podcast using the Player, and I want to configure it, but there are no controls, no stop/go, no pause, no record or anything else.
