In reply to: WP Version 6.4.2 Auto Scroll the page to bottomHey @adityabelievintech
Can you replicate the same issue with a default WordPress theme?
If the issue is not there with the default theme, most likely, there is a script in your current theme that causes the scrolling. It’s best to contact the theme’s support team.

In reply to: Youtube videos not showing on all pagesHi @ianwmayer
The height for your videos is set to 0; that’s why these are not showing up. When embedding videos, define the heightwidth="560" height="315
.
See example:<iframe width="560" height="315"src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/video" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen></iframe>

In reply to: Event schedule does not existHi @chcw
The error mentions a scheduled cron event that was never executed. The causes of it, there could be missing PHP files, a permalink changes due to migration.
Although it’s completely safe to ignore this message, you can try to manage your corn jobs with the WP Control plugin:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-crontrol/
Look for corn jobs coming fromngg_delete_expired_transients
andjob_manager_usage_tracking_send_usage_data
and delete them.

In reply to: Invalid download linkHi!
i suggest first to properly troubleshoot the issue, who knows, maybe something went wrong during migration.
Disable all the plugins except Woocommerce and see if the issue still persist. Make sure to have a backup of your site or do the test on a staging site.
If the problem is not there, start activating one plugin at a time, while testing if the issue is back. Here is a guide on how to run a test for a conflict:

In reply to: Event schedule does not existHI!
If I am not wrong, this message comes from the WP Job Manager plugin. I suggest opening a thread there:

In reply to: Scroll IssueHi @levraientruv
I don’t see any scrolling issues on your site. If the issue, started showing after optimization with the WP Rocket plugin, it means some CSS/JS files should not be optimized. I suggest re-checking optimized files, and deactivating them first, to see if the issues went away. After starting the optimization process again.
Also since you’re using WP Rocket plugin, I suggest contacting them directly.Cheers,

In reply to: WordPress wp-admin add two user 1. Administrator, 2. Post uploaderHello @skynetwebsitedeveloper ,
Check if the issue happens for all admin accounts. Create a new administrator via database and see if you can login.

In reply to: Media Library: Delete Permanently, nothing happenshi @gru7p
I suggest deactivating all plugins and seeing if you can delete images. If images are deleted, find the plugin that causes it.
If the issue persists, re-install WP.Cheers,

In reply to: Logout Failing? “Restricted Access”?Hi @cz1000
You can start by deactivating all the plugins and see if the issue is fixed. You can create a staging site and run this test there.
If the issue is fixed, activate plugins one by one, while testing when the issue will return. This way you will find if it is caused by a plugin.

In reply to: Nothing appears on my cartHi @peroq08
It may happen due to excessive caching, on a site and a server. Can you try deactivating cashing and see if it is fixed?
Also, check if you’re running any performance optimization plugin, temporarily deactivate it, and see if your site is still affected.Cheers
