Siteground installs a caching plugin automatically; it might also be enabled on your site. Try purging cache, and view your home page in an incognito browser.

And as Adam has noted, it might be a conflict with another plugin. Try first deactivating a cache plugin, and see if it is causing it.

reCAPTCHA setting can be reset in the database. Please access your phpMyAdmin, and locate the
wp_options
table. Search for thewd_recaptcha_settings
entry.Within that entry, please change the
enabled
value fromtrue
tofalse
.Here is an example:
