WP-Unated has 3 levels of the theme integration. What level do you use? Did you try medium and low?

Well, the string
<table id="abbc3posttable" width="100%" style="width:100px;">
is very strange, style="width:100px;" is unnecessary. And it looks like wp-united has nothing common with the issue. You can turn the theme integration off and check it.
Also you can check files

I don’t know which theme you use, but you probably need to check all.

Well, you can install a plugin like this https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-admin-no-show/ to prevent users accessing to wp-admin pages. It based on user’s role, so if you need to grant assess to admin area for some non-admin users, you’ll need to add a role fot them.

Well, I never used this mod, an I can’t see it in your forum, so I can’t inverstigate.

Hello, try to disable the integration at all and check if the issue is still present. If present, it is unlikely a wpu issue.
Anyway, go to error.log of your website and check errors related to the posting of topic or an answer with 3 links.

Note that sometimes, when new versions of WP-United are released, the phpBB portion needs to be updated. I try to keep this to a minimum. If an upgrade is needed, you can look in the contrib/xxxx/upgrade.xml file for the list of changes needed. You DO NOT need to uninstall the old version — just apply the changes. Usually, this just means copying across a few new or updated files.

С оригинальным у меня после смены токена Permission to perform this action is denied for non-standalone applications ?? но на втором плагине, который умеет кросспостить с новым токеном старая же ошибка One of the parameters specified was missing or invalid: photos_list is invalid.
Я запуталась.
Написала вконтакт, может, ткнут меня носом куда надо ?? но не уверена, что вообще ответят.

Плюс все страшно неудобно проверять на живом сайте, на неживом не проверишь как назло ??

Спасибо Вам большое, antongorodezkiy. завтра наверное по второму кругу проверять все буду. И сравнивать код двух плагинов. нашла еще один, который через curl работает, но что-то не очень ему доверяю, мало скачиваний.

У меня простейшее приложение ВК, которое занимается авторизацией пользователей на сайте, кросс-постит публикации и к сайту еще комментарии привязаны. Это все. Какое оно standalone или нет, я не знаю. Но раньше-то работало.
