Hello @pabline
Thanks for reaching out and I appreciate your kind words about the plugin ?? We got a few reports regarding the issue with the customer information summary twig not rendering in Notifications for version 1.6.7.28. However, we have a fix on the way, which should be rolled out in this week’s release (1.6.7.30) for the SSA basic edition.
After the update to 1.6.7.30, if the notifications still show the same issue with the customer information summary twig {{ Appointment.customer_information_summary }}, you might be required to resave the notification template (Cut > Paste > Save) in the notification settings (WP-Admin > Appointments > Settings > Notifications > Edit).
Once you’re done with that, book a test appointment and see if it works for you. If you need any further help, please don’t hesitate to add a reply to this thread or reach out to our support team at [email protected]
Thanks,
Natalie G@eatse I double-checked on my end, and I’m sorry, it seems like I got the releases and updates confused. The patch with the ip2c.org fix is not expected to come out until next Tuesday. However if you reach out to our inbox, I’d be happy to share a copy of next weeks release with you.
Sorry for any confusion everyone, the updates listed above are included in the following release of SSA, 1.6.7.24, coming next week.
Version 1.6.7.22 includes:
- Improved error handling in the booking app
- Fixed date formatting in the Upcoming Appointments module to match the General Settings
@eatse I appreciate the update. Could you reach out directly to our support team with a link to the booking page you’re testing with? We’d be happy to take a closer look.
Our email is [email protected]
We can also review again on our end and double-check the latest release.

Hello @eatse,
I appreciate your patience while we thoroughly tested the fix for this. Our latest release, version 1.6.7.22, now includes the patch to prevent the ip2c.org API from being made when the default country code is set for the phone number field.
Could you update the plugin and double-check this is resolved?
Please let us know, and we hope this helps ??

Hello @nikocm,
It doesn’t look like we received a message to continue troubleshooting through our support channels, in any case our team was able to review the conflict.
It turns out the Timber plugin is using an older version of the Twig library than Simply Schedule Appointments. To get this resolved, please reach out to their team and request that they update their Twig library to 3.8.0 or higher.
Please let us know if you have any questions, and feel free to contact us at [email protected] for further troubleshooting.

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] Image and info box widthHello Patrick,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your question! It looks like the ID was missing to target your image, could you try the following code snippet:
@media screen and (min-width: 900px) { #hotspot-4971.layout-left .hotspots-image-container, #hotspot-4971.layout-right .hotspots-image-container { -webkit-flex: 0 0 50%; flex: 0 0 50%; } #hotspot-4971.layout-left .hotspots-placeholder, #hotspot-4971.layout-right .hotspots-placeholder { -webkit-flex: 0 0 50%; flex: 0 0 50%; max-width: 50%; } };
Let me know if that works ??
Natalie GHello Jeff,
Thanks for reaching out! We don’t quite have an ETA for the partial blackout or blackout windows feature yet. If you want to be added to the notification list for this task, please reach out to our team at?[email protected].
Otherwise, the closest workaround would be to use the Google Calendar conflict-checking feature, as you mentioned.
Let us know if you have any other questions ??
Natalie
Thanks so much for your review, I’m glad it’s working great for you! ??
Some of our customers adjust the text in the email notification to let their clients know that they’ll confirm the appointment personally. We also have a guide to share more tips on how to handle this type of booking setup.
Please feel free to reach out to us with any other questions by opening a new support thread in the forums.

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] Visible HotspotsHello again!
Just copying this from your other thread:
We do have a setting that shows where the hotspots are, it’s called the “Always show hotspots for this image” option and it’s available in the Pro edition of Draw Attention.
Here’s a guide to share more information on this setting: https://wpdrawattention.com/guides/interactive-image-editor/#highlight-styling
And, if you have more questions or you’re interested in getting demo access to the Pro edition of Draw Attention, please contact us at [email protected] ??

Hello @carinalves, I’m afraid we didn’t find any issues with iOS or Safari and Draw Attention. We tested on Mac Desktops, iPads, and iPhones and couldn’t recreate the issue with hotpsots being out of place.
Could you reach out to our support team at [email protected] so that we can take a better look?
When you reach out please include some of the following information to help us troubleshoot:
- Are you using any Safari browser extensions?
- Could you record a video of your screen as you view the interactive image on Safari?
- Are you logged-in or out when this happens?

In reply to: [Plugin Detective - Troubleshooting Conflicts] Inspector is disabledHello @whichtransfers,
After some investigation, it looks like the “Inspector is disabled” message is coming from the WP Hide & Security Enhancer plugin.
Could you disable that functionality in their plugin settings? Go to WP Hide > General / HTML > User Interactions > Disable Developer Tools, and change that option to No.
After that’s disabled, you should be able to run Plugin Detective to continue troubleshooting your PayPal payment issue with Forminator.
Let me know if that works!

Hello @smoothpixel,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We went ahead and made a new update to address the last of those deprecated errors you’re seeing.
Could you update to v1.6.5.26 to see if that helps? If you still see more deprecated messages, please contact our support team, [email protected]
It should be safe to run the Simply Schedule Appointments plugin with those deprecated messages. They are related to syntax changes/updates between the different PHP editions.
Please let us know!

In reply to: [Interactive Image Map Plugin - Draw Attention] highlighted area by default@rlego When linking to a specific hotspot from another page, you’ll need to use your full URL in the link. For example:
https://yourwebsite.com/#hotspot-hotspot-579-0The guide we referenced earlier has an example: https://wpdrawattention.com/guides/using-anchor-links/#linking-to-the-hotspot
Could you give that a try and let us know if that helps?
