Actually I’ve just realised that the first sidebar is now appearing on all of the pages except for the front page. Does anyone know if it’s possible to get the first sidebar to appear on the front page too? Thanks

I think I’m getting there – I’ve uploaded a duplicate page.php template to the cpanel and have renamed it woocommerce – the only thing is I can’t see it in the Themes Editor.

However there are now some ecommerce pages in the Sliding Doors style that I’m sure were not there before, so something seems to be working. It’s late and I have to get up early for work tomorrow so I think I’ll continue tomorrow evening.

Thanks Jess. It started to give me error messages so I went back to the original programme, deleted most of the photos from one of the pages and re-saved it as a pdf. That seems to have finally done the trick. It reduced its size from 73MB to 31MB, so maybe that was the reason.

Thanks tislam100. This is a great plugin and it has sorted out the problems with the front page. Unfortunately it doesn’t work for the links in the Blogroll, but I can live with that.

I didn’t – I gave up! I’m trying out the Evolve theme now. I really like the design of Cloriato but I definitely want my own title at the top, not theirs!

Thanks for your help. I think I’ve got it sorted now – almost. I’ve managed to get rid of all blog items except for a “categories” link. I’ll try the dedicated forum for this.
