I did so and determined that if I use our normal theme, and enable all plugins excluding “Strong Testimonials Pro Templates” then it does not have this formatting issue (though the testimonials don’t look like how we would like).

On the flip side it does happen with Twenty-Twenty-One (not our default theme) with only the “PageBuilder by SiteOrigin” (we use this for layout and it was fine above) the “Strong Testimonials” and the “Strong Testimonials Pro Templates” plugins.

We have no such folder in either our child theme or the theme it inherits from.

Is there something I can check to see if we are using custom templates (or was that it lol?)

I have no idea – I’m not in charge of copy. It’s likely.
