In reply to: Hack of all my WP installs“All of those files are a standard part of the WordFence plugin.”
I see that now. Thank you.
The new user was created on the same day as all the strings were added to the top of every .php file. My host uses R1Soft for all its backups so I am not using any backup plugins.
I was going to include the string that was inserted to the top of each page but its a bit long and I dont want to get in trouble for posting malicious code here.

This sidebar thing is a bit of a mistake by the dev team I think. I understand that the Twenty Fourteen Extended Plug-in “fixes” the problem but for those of us who want to use Twenty Fourteen to develop Child Themes its not a good option. You should never have to use a plugin to add or remove page elements in a theme. It should be able to be easily accomplished in the HTML and CSS.
Let it be known to the WP Dev team that a plugin is not a good solution to this issue. This should have been as easy as “If there are no widgets in the sidebar, the sidebar does not appear.”

In reply to: Getting shortcode to work when using get_post outside the normal loopAnyone have any answers to this? Id like to try to get this site up and working today if I can.
Actually I might close this topic being that the problem that I thought was causing the issue is not what I thought. I will start another thread with a more accurate title and description.
I have found the spot where the .mp3 extention is being replaced with blank but adding .mp3 into that blank spot does not fix the problem.
when I download the file I still just a file called -show rather than the mp3 file.

In reply to: [Form Manager] [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Strange font size changeWell, look at that. Good catch. Not sure why I did not see that. Thanks for the help! Love the plug in by the way!

In reply to: [Form Manager] [Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Strange font size changeUpdate: I was able to get the size to change by placing some inline css in fm-form-default.php in the li tag but this is obviously not the best option.
I guess there is a css conflict someplace but i can’t see it.
Any ideas?
