Twenty Nineteen compability

Hi. When I activate your plugin for default Twenty Nineteen theme I have double primary links display. Example https://i.imgur.com/NFVNOFC.png (menu link Science is doubled).

Switched to Twenty Seventeen theme – this bug not exist. So, can you update your plugin to support still last actual default wordpress theme? Or may be this is not bug and I missed something at settings?
