Sorry, I just figured out the issue. The business account is active and running but merchant features are not activated yet by Pinterest because the domain is younger than 9 months. Thank you for the support.

Hello, both the screenshots you’ve referenced is from the WordPress plug-in while I had attached a screenshot from Pinterest saying it is a business account (https://prnt.sc/T0utDaJJldgg). It is only the plug-in that says it is not a business account.

It was a business account to begin with and also, I tried disconnecting and connecting, tried in incognito window as well. Nothing seemed to work ??

The problem persists.

The main problem is where the plugin doesn’t recognize that my Pinterest account is indeed a Business account (https://prnt.sc/vo1_6D3eoYtW, https://prnt.sc/PGbZ-s7dnjpj,). I tried going to Pinterest and it is a business account and it also has a billing Ad account within it (https://prnt.sc/T0utDaJJldgg, https://prnt.sc/K9yWBsLXyS1P).

The problem is not yet solved. Please help.

I was using 8.0 when the big error came, I switched to 8.1 and the small error came. I tried re-uploading the plugin files using the installer and it gives same error.

It is there where it should be. I re-uploaded the files after downloading and it is there, Now it is showing:

I switched PHP settings from 7.3 to 8.1 still the same.
I have the plugin installed on other websites and they all have no problem.

Hello @fayeakuzzaman! Not so. All sellers can sell but only vendors with certain parameters get a store page like website.com/store/vendor .

Example, let’s say there are two vendor categories “Home Baker” and “Bakery”

If the vendor is a Home Baker -> the store URL will redirect to homepage.

Only “Bakery” vendors get their store page https://website.com/store/vendor

I guess this can be achieved using a snippet.

I face the same issue. I am pushing the product from a Print on Demand platform. When the product is imported Color is imported as a custom attribute and the swatches don’t appear.

I tried exporting and re-uploading but it doesn’t work. Could you please help?

I solved it by changing the object ownership to Object writer in the Bucket Permissions.

I am using a multivendor plugin which uses the woocommerce builtin importer, so when a vendor doesn’t follow the instructions and uploads the product of a non-existent category via csv, I want to reject it automatically or make the categories field blank.

Is it possible?
