In reply to: [Twenty Fourteen] Mystery menu cannot be deletedImages showing persisting underlying main menu code even when that menu has been switched off. Another small point is that the order of menu items also changes.
I’ve discovered the WP source code editor. Just need to know which file might be fetching this underlying remnant menu so that I can delete it.

In reply to: Wanting to style Monoslideshow photo galleryAwesome!! Thanks. That “class vs ID” distinction always escapes me.
… does Analytics ignore redirects and continue to track whatever is in the root folder that has the original code?

In reply to: 2014 Theme -Table not collapsing gracefully when viewed on phone.Ah so! ?? Had to reduce the padding to 3px before all 3 blocks would line up horizontally on my monitor. Of course that 3px is also the vertical separation on smaller screens, so can’t reduce it any further.
Thanks for the CSS lesson and solutions.

In reply to: 2014 Theme -Table not collapsing gracefully when viewed on phone.Hi Linux
Just got around to implementing your code. It’s 90% there! Just that on my desktop monitor the 3 affiliate-partner blocks of data are one below the other, which is what we want it to collapse to if there is insufficient width. How to have them side-by-side across the screen?

In reply to: How to make posts in database visible on a new page?Very true ?? but my background should be a mid-gray. Over the past half hour I have been monkeying with CSS that colors the content area gray, and you might just have happened to visit when the background was temporarily white.
Anyway, all is good now! https://www.propertyshoot.com/dev

In reply to: How to make posts in database visible on a new page?MH Themes – I thought I could build on that piece of CSS you supplied above in order to put a 1px white stroke around all photos. So I added the line
border: 1px solid #ffffff;
after your margin line.
No effect! ?? Can you help?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Custom CSS Plugin] What does it mean when… ?Hi John
I recopied and repasted the ‘offending’ CSS into the simple custom CSS window in order to take a screen shot of the red-on-gray that I’d observed on my earlier attempt… and this time there was no warning color coding :-0 Perhaps the first time I had missed copying something from the first or last line of the code block? Anyway, I’m happy for now.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How to make posts in database visible on a new page?Bam! Instant gratification! Thanks MH Themes. I’m slowly realizing the potential for tinkering under the hood with child CSS ??

In reply to: How to make posts in database visible on a new page?PS – the only minor niggle is that the photos in the old posts are all left aligned whereas in the new layout they need to be centered (class=”aligncenter”). I can edit one post at a time, but is there a ‘bulk’ method?
