In reply to: [CRM: Contact Management Simplified - UkuuPeople] Holding thumbsHi Simon. Thanks for the review. Any specific areas we could improve?
Hi Kerry,
Please submit a ticket at support.ukuupeople.com using the “Ask a Question” button. We don’t always get requests that come through here. Apologies for the inconvenience. This looks like something our support team might need some more platform specific information on to troubleshoot. Thanks, Nate
Hi Lori,
This is due to a compatibility issue with PHP 5.4. We’ve resolved the issue in the 1.6.2 release which is now available. Please let me know if you have any further issues!
Hi, I understand the feature request, currently this isn’t a supported option. We will have more granular control over user roles in ver 1.6 which will be released today or tomorrow. Check it out and see if it helps you out. For future support the best place to reach us is support.ukuupeople.com

In reply to: [CRM: Contact Management Simplified - UkuuPeople] Access ControlHi Wes, you could certainly use something like Adminimize to limit access to certain users. If you have further questions please reach out via our support portal at support.ukuupeople.com.

In reply to: [CRM: Contact Management Simplified - UkuuPeople] So far so goodThanks Earnest! Let us know if you run into any issues. ??
Love reading these reviews! These guys are great.
If you’re looking specifically for task tracking you might consider something like UkuuPeople which offers a list of individual user’s assigned tasks on the dashboard when you log in.
Hi Josee,
This doesn’t really have a granular level of control that would allow you to assign permissions for access to a group of contacts. There are a lot of people using it who have a need for people to manage a chapter or sub-business segment and for them having separate instances of UkuuPeople for the different people works well. In that case, they’re using a multi-site or multiple single sites. This sort of granular control is something we’re exploring for future but it doesn’t exist now.

Hi Mic,
We’d love to help with this. Can you submit a ticket over at support.ukuupeople.com by clicking “Ask a Question”? That way you can include screenshots and we can expedite the support request through our regular channels. Thanks so much for the feedback!
I’m going to close this here but please do open a ticket over on the support page.
Another test would be to look at the demo.ukuupeople.com site and see if the issue is duplicated there. Sometimes we notice some abnormalities with some versions of PHP or that sort of thing.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [CRM: Contact Management Simplified - UkuuPeople] PreSales QuestionsHi Chris,
There is a form solution using our Gravity Forms integration. This allows you to create whatever form you need and then map the CRM relevant fields to the UkuuPeople fields.
As far as user access control, there are no default access levels built into the plugin at this time. Access restriction would be something you’d have to experiment with using a roles plugin of some sort but there is no default mechanism for enabling this within the plugin at this time.
Hopefully this answers your questions! Thanks.

In reply to: [CRM: Contact Management Simplified - UkuuPeople] How to add custom fields?Hi Chris,
We currently don’t have a custom fields solution that is supported. It is a commonly requested feature. Actually, several users have found success in using ACF to create additional fields, however it’s not a supported solution from our perspective so attempt at your own risk. If you sign up for updates over on our website. We can let you know as soon as we have an official solution for you.
