This is not user-friendly as if i got 20 employees then i had to create duplicate 40 employees. Moreover, at the report part i also need to combine each employees sales.

Yes, the functionalities that I want is employee able to work on two services at the same time, which can serve 2 – 3 customers at the same timeslot. For example we can setup this employee can have how many task on 1 timeslot:
Employee Setting
Employee | Minimum Capacity | Maximum Capacity
A |?– |?–
B |?1 |?1
C |?1 |?2
Employee A no setup will auto default to 1, means only able to serve 1 customer on 1 timeslot.
Employee B setup 1 on minimum and maximum, means only able to serve 1 customer on 1 timeslot.
Employee C setup 1 on minimum and 2 on maximum, means able to serve maximum 2 customer on 1 timeslot.
Yes, hope that this suggestion can implement in the future as my company definitely need this feature.

Agreed with you, yes, this is the problem of availability on the employee, so possible to provide a setting that can help us to adjust the timeslot availability of the employee? from minimum to maximum?

For temporary, I had changed the duration to slug in the appointment as I got about 20 employees in my employee list, impossible I duplicate 20 employees in my list.

I had face the same issues with ARMember plugin when access Manage Member and Manage Plan, it just loads and no respond. Would like to know how to solves this issues? As this matter is urgent, I would appreciate on your support as soon as possible.
