In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Apple Pay is not workingHello @junaidrs
I am able to see the Apple Pay button on your cart and checkout pages, it is configured correctly.
I was able to see it on the cart page and checkout using Safari browser, here’s a reference screenshot: https://d.pr/i/wcrWb6
Is this occurring with all of your products? Or only on products that have variations?
Please do keep in mind that in order to see it, you have to have a payment method enabled with Apple Pay, and be viewing your site on either Safari or an IOS device.
Let us know if it works for you.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Same event ID received for many event instancesHi there @pallavichanodia
You mentioned using WP Rocket which is a Caching Plugin. Can you please try to:
1. Clear WPRocket cache and try again?
2. Temporarily deactivate WPRocket and test one more time?If the above does not work, please check if you are able to reproduce this under the following conditions:
An unmodified, default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty or Storefront active.
No other plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook active. Please provide us with the exact steps that can be taken to reproduce, and we can take a closer look. Screenshots of any error messages will also help.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Something Went Wrong ErrorHi @nickienoel
Could you please send us a screenshot of the error you are seeing after clicking on “Done”?
I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL as a reply to this message. You can also use any image sharing platform, as long as the access is not private so we can check.
Also, can you tell us how did you discover the problem? Was there an error showing in your WooCommerce store?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Brasil Payment [ BOLETO ]The Stripe documentation you have shared is correct:
https://stripe.com/docs/payments/boleto/accept-a-payment
If you don’t find Boleto payment option there after setting this up, I would definitely reach out to the Stripe support team for advice.
You can also look for a Boleto payments plugin/extension if available and add it to your WooCommerce payment methods.
Hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] setting for SCA /3D SecureHi there @freelylw
SCA is a requirement and security setting from the financial institutions, Stripe has been updated to be compliant to this rather than imposing it to each card processor.
You may also read more on this here https://woocommerce.com/posts/introducing-strong-customer-authentication-sca/
It’ll depend on the card and its requirements. Some cards only require authentication for the initial payment. Some more clarification is added on the Stripe documents here: https://stripe.com/docs/strong-customer-authentication

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Integration Error during Final StepHi @ashng
Thanks for your message!
>I am trying to connect my site to my facebook and keep getting an error at the final step. “Something Went Wrong…”
The
Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook!
error can happen for a number of reasons, but the most common culprit is not allowing Facebook to “manage your business” during the connection process. Can you please attempt to connect again and makes sure this option is selected?: https://d.pr/i/FKrhehIf this does not work, could you also make sure Two Factor Authentication is enabled for your Facebook page? This is required in order to connect your store to Facebook.
Let us know if that works to resolve the error!
Regarding your second question:
I’m also facing this issue for the past 2 weeks, still not found a solution.
A colleague has already replied to your thread there, kindly respond to the same thread to follow up on this.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Errror using Facebook for WooCommerceHi there!
Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID
Let’s try something different:
1. Go to https://cominguprosestheblog.com/wp-admin/options.php
2. Search for
wc_facebook_external_business_id
3. Update the field to include only ASCII characters and save. Best practice: store-name-dfsdc3lck9k6q ← 13-digit random string
Let us know how it goes.
4. Go back to WooCommerce > Facebook and click “Get Started” again
In most cases, that resolves the issue. Can you please let me know if it persists?`
