I might have found the answer to my questions and would like your opinion on my leads :

For Question 1 :
I guess the best way to achieve this is to follow this tutorial https://xnau.com/checking-multiple-fields-for-a-match/ . Hence create a plugin like it is described in the tutorial (and in particular no need of calculated field . Even if it would have been convenient for me to just have a calculated hidden field and use the already check duplicate logic implemented in the plugin ?? )

For Question 2 :
I guess the best way to achieve this is also thanks to a custom plugin that I could achieve with more or less the help of this tutorial : https://xnau.com/showing-a-persons-age-in-a-record/

Question 3 and answer guess :
I intend olso to have a custom field to store a member card ID. I see here two option.

• Option 1 : use the “Private ID” field so that I already have a unique ID that I can provide as a member card ID
• Option 2 : add a custom field and a plugin that will increment this field for each new member (so that I also have a unique number for the member card ID)
