I did lot of research and finally I found a massive mailing with lot of feature after 3 months of hard work. Your MailPoet is undoubtedly superb… But here now a days getting a little issue which is not able to fix by myself..

Problem:

When I select and save to send mail by MailPoet own default SMPT in advance option instead of Woocommerce mailing, then all customers successfully received the each and every mail. But as a admin of email sender of https://www.evolts.in or [email protected] I am not able to recieve a mail. Means here MailPoet can send any email by [email protected] but not receiveing any email from customers to this email when they contact me via contact form 7, when they placed new order, when they others activity on WC from own account. Hence it’s clear that outgoing have no issue but incoming via MailPoet own default SMTP have issue for my case.

When I enabled Woocommerce default mailing services in MailPoet advance setting, outgoing mails going well, as well incoming message are comming perfectly including contact form 7 and others WC email notifications.

I think my [email protected] has been marked in your bounce email category.

Please guide me step by step process how to fix this issue? Please help. Thank in advance!
