I have already run a conflict test with the default theme(storefront), Yoast, and the “WooCommerce Composite Products” plugin on the staging site. when the Yoast plugin is active at the time the issue is happening on the site.

Can you please check the issue. we need to solve the issue ASAP. on the Yoast 17.5 version the issue not replicating. so the issue is due to the latest version of the Yoast plugin.

I have checked your doc and our events are showing fine. I don’t have any issue with events showing. the only issue with repeating events is showing the wrong date/time(same as the main event date/time). did you try to replicate the issue from your end?

How to replicate:
Add new event -> tried to add repeating events -> select repeat as custom days and date and time. -> then please check the front end and try to open each event in a new tab. then you can find the event date/time are showing as the main event date/time.

I have deactivated all plugins except the Modern Events Calendar Lite plugin and activated the default WordPress theme(Twenty Nineteen) and checked, but still the issue exists.

Could you please try to replicate the issue from your end and we need to solve the issue ASAP.

I have checked the PHP version of the site and it’s 7.4.7 https://prnt.sc/12icvd6. the issue happens when the woocommerce shipping & tax plugin has enabled on the site. when i disable the plugin then the order creates page works well and there is no error showing at the time.

Yes, I have confirmed the Jetpack plugin is connected successfully to the website.

We have already done the troubleshooting method. like, disabled all the plugins except “woocommerce , woocommerce shipping & tax and Jetpack by WordPress.com(9.6.1) “plugins and also switched the theme to the default woocommerce theme(storefront theme).I can see the issue existing even after.

This is Navas on behalf of Pranav. I will explain how we are replicating the issue. we are using the latest version of WordPress(5.7.1) and WooCommerce(5.2.2) and WooCommerce Shipping & Tax(1.25.12).

Error replication:
The Error occurs when we create an order via the backend. add a product and then recalculate the amount(no need to click Create button).https://prnt.sc/1271jyc. Then go to any order page and replace the order number in the URL, you can see the error. https://prnt.sc/1271r2v

I have disabled all plugins except woocommerce and woocommerce shipping & tax and Jetpack by WordPress.com(9.6.1) plugins. I can see the issue existing even after. Also, I have tried switching the theme to the default woocommerce theme, still the same issue exists there.

The Jetpack by WordPress.com plugin is used for connecting the woocommerce shipping & tax plugin to the site.

Could you please check why it’s happening?

When we adding a zero product to checkout and normally WooCommerce there is no payment gateway that will show. because it’s a Zero amount product. but here in our case, we have a shipping charge for the country. so we need to show payment methods for the product. you can check like this. just add a zero product to the checkout page and please check the square credit card field, it’s not clickable until the page refreshed. also there are only two active plugins on the site right now, which are woocommerce and woocommerce-square plugin.

It’s a different problem. we have tried without using the condition payments snippet and plugin. at the time also the same issue happens. when the zero product added to the checkout page and first there is nor payment option will show. after we added the billing address then the shipping charge is applied to that order and the payment option will be showing there, at the time the square credit card field is not working until the page is refreshed. I think some square js is not loading properly. can you please try to solve this issue?
