We had to go back and fully restore our site to resolve the problem. There appears to have been something updated in Woocommerce this week that caused our issue.
However now it appears that we have an issue with duplicate charges. Anyone who had a membership renew in the just 3 days has received duplicate charges. The charges don’t show in their Woocommerce transactions page but they do show on their bank charges so I, unfortunately, can’t refund an extra charge I don’t see.
