Hi Bryle @bcrodua ,
Thank you for reviewing and responding. I did contact my hosting company, GoDaddy and they did not see anything in the logs.
However, the backup has miraculously started working. I think the issue may be the 50MB archive split size. I experimented with slightly larger ones and it kept failing. I tried 25MB and it worked. I also tested either Google Drive and DropBox and it worked.
Thank you again for your quick reply!
Bill – sorry for the delayed response. Here is what I’m running:
WordPress 3.9.2
WooCommerce Version 2.1.12 | By WooThemes
Genesis Connect for WooCommerce Version 0.9.8 | By StudioPress
WooCommerce Product Details Customiser Version 0.2.0 | By jameskosterMy theme is Education Pro on the Genesis Framework by StudioPress.
I’ll have to admit, even though I have the buttons to toggle the product images / product tabs / upsells / related products, it still leaves a gaping hole where the product image should be on the product page. I do like that I can at least eliminate the product tabs. It’s not perfect but at least it helps eliminate the big box with the cross through it.
No, I don’t know James Koster either : (
Did you try the location I posted above?
From the left hand menu of WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab
I double checked and it’s still there for me.
I actually found it!
It was under WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab
I was able to find checkboxes for turning off the product images. Hope this helps others!
Product Details – Toggle the display of various components on product details pages.
Display Product Images
Product Tabs
Upsells
Related ProductsHi, I’m having the same problem. I just installed the plugin and it’s not working.
I only want to disable the product image on the product page. Where do I find this option please?
I’m using:

OK, I’m not sure exactly what happened but my entire website just shut down and no matter what page or even the WP dashboard, it wouldn’t work. I would get the following error on every page:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpsc_flush_theme_transients() in /home/content/17/10717017/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce-store-toolkit/includes/release-3_8.php on line 1102
Fortunately, I was able to go through FTP and manually delete the Tool Kit folder in the plugins folder but now I’m very afraid of reinstalling since it basically killed my site.
Do you have any other recommendations for helping uninstall e-Commerce and any leftover orphan records please?
PS – I will freely admit that I’m not a pro at this. I am a volunteer parent building a school PTA website. Any help you offer is greatly appreciated! Almost losing the site was very scary!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Events in list but not in month viewI am having the same problem.
List view works but month view is gone. It is only showing one random event at a time in the monthly calendar view.

Some please help us! Thank you!
Thank you for your advice about the button! I was able to create it and embed it into my post HTML settings in the plugin.
The next problem that I’m having is when it creates the Print Friendly PDF, it creates lots of duplicate events. It’s not giving a true preview of what you see on the screen.
Again, I apologize for the lack of specific coding knowledge but how can I correct this please? The button seems to create all of the other pages as shown but the calendar.
Please view the sample page below. Once you click on the Print Friendly preview, you will see all of the duplicate events and extraneous date / time events too.

Thank you again for all your help!
I have the following selected:
Under Settings > Print Friendly & PDF Settings > Display button on:
Posts
Pages
HomepageLike I said, the Print Friendly icon appears on every page EXCEPT the calendar page.

I’m not sure what I’m missing but unfortunately, I’m not advanced enough to understand how to edit the HTML as you directed in the previous link.
On the calendar plug in I’m using (The Events Calendar plugin 2.0.11), there is a window that I can add some custom HTML. I tried adding this code as directed on the Print Friendly instructions
<?php if(function_exists(‘pf_show_link’)){echo pf_show_link();} ?>
but nothing happened.
Thank you again!
Thank you for the response but I’m afraid I don’t understand the solution to my question.
I still don’t see the Print Friendly icon on the calendar page although it appears on all of the other pages. What can I do to make the Print Friendly icon appear? I don’t know if the Print Friendly button will even work on this page because it isn’t there.
