Sorry for late reply..Yes this is possible. There are two ways to done the job.
If, you want to use my plugin, for this function, then you have to wait for next version.
Otherwise, I had visited your site and noted that you have enabled seo plugin and I think that is enough..Try Disabling my plugin and then check the results, its working or not?
