In reply to: [Ad Inserter - Ad Manager & AdSense Ads] responsive ad link bannerThank you so much!
By the way, Adsense supports asynchronous loading. so we use “insert” method right ?
And is it okay to hide ads through
CSS using display: none;
? one of my friend told me to avoid doing it and Use media query to display one or the other.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Ad Inserter - Ad Manager & AdSense Ads] responsive ad link banneri have another question please, in order to hide ads on devices, does your plugin use CSS to display:none ? don’t know how to check it. that’s why i am asking.
plus of this should i use “show” or “insert” option in order to hide ads on mobile ?
BUT BE CAREFUL: Some ad networks (like AdSense) limit ads per page. The ads are still inserted (loaded and counted) for all devices, but for unwanted devices they are hidden by the browser using CSS media queries based on viewport widths.
In such case you should use Insert action so the ads will be inserted only on wanted devices. Check Caching – Device detection for details.
