Ah perfect – none of the others I tried was picking the info up but that’s spot on.
Cheers!
Ah, amazing!
It does seem to be working now – was there a recent plugin release for it? We have auto-updates so it may be that it’s been updated overnight and resolved the issue.
Thanks for the update. Is there a date when 2.6.8 will be coming out? I’ll need to feedback to my client on when this can expect to be resolved.
HI there.
I added the biography field to the form but it’s not fixed it – the field now shows up twice, and editing either of them does nothing.
I’ve setup a staging site which I can give you access to if we go private?
Best,
Nick.
Hi there.
So delete the current form for Profile and add a new one in that includes the profile intro? Will that remove any of the info already in the system if I delete that form and start again?
Cheers,
NickHi there.
I’ve setup a staging site, disabled all plugins and returned to the default theme and the issue still occurs.

Nick.Hi there.
Thanks for this. The loop worked, but the role has been called in lower case (administrator) whereas the other members have upper case (Subscriber). Can that be changed?

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter] Filter pages coming up blankHi there.
Yes, I did all of the above prior to messaging as I found that on a help article. I can’t disable plugins, this is a live site – but the plugin versions on here are exactly the same as they are on the staging link I sent you, and the plugin works fine on that site as you’ll see from visiting the links above, so I would think any conflict would impact both sites as they’re identical?
Best,
Nick

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter] Filter pages coming up blankAs an FYI – I’ve now changed the shop links on the live site to match the structure that DOES work but the broken filter can still be seen at /shop for troubleshooting – the change of URL that I’ve implemented is a temporary measure.
Hi there.
Screenshots attached showing the login form, subscriber and admin settings (admin is working fine – you’re sent to the admin section on logging in).
Also attached are screenshots of the plugins. We’re on WordPress 6.1.1 and UM 2.5.4

Nick.Hi.
Currently, neither the option to redirect to either a specific page OR to a profile isn’t working for subscribers – whichever I choose, I get taken to the homepage after logging in. That’s based on the settings changed in User Roles > Subscriber – is there anywhere else I need to look?Hi there.
Is there any suggested solution as to settings that may need changing? Every role is set to not allow private, and every role is set to able to view private in case there are some that somehow still have privacy enabled. But when not logged in as an admin I see three member – two of which are admin (out of the five admins we have on there), and one is a standard members (out of 9). So it’s not even a specific user role that’s not appearing, it just seems to be random?
Cheers,
Nick.It shouldn’t need a plugin though should it? I thought if the option to have private accounts was turned off, the member directory should just show every member by default? This seems like a glitch to me?
