Yes, I’ve unchecked all of the boxes to make profiles private for both Admin and Subscriber (the two groups we’re using). I’ve also checked the box for ‘Can view / access private profiles’ just in case the system didn’t retrospectively make private profiles public.

We’re using WP Foro with UM so maybe it’s them I need to raise the ticket with. I’ll see what they say.
