finally got to the bottom of things and posting back here so that others can know the fix if they run into the same issue.

an older version of the gutenberg plugin was destroying the site after a wp upgrade. upgrading the gutenberg plugin to 9.0 and making some fixes for the stuff that broke resolved the issue.

there were some major breaking changes between gutenberg and wordpress’ built in gutenberg. and yes the plugin is needed as this site utilizes full page templates and is 100% gutenberg with no php template files.

I changed the file permissions on the fvm caching directories to 755 and cleared the cache. When the cache repopulated it came back in with 777 permissions.

Should I instead remove the plugin and re-add it?

Yeah, it looks like if the purchase is made, any change to an order’s cost and then re-processing will result in the full order amount being charged. As you say, it’s only if the payment has been received and processed.

Its spitting out in the php_errors.log

So it is possible to add the image captions inside the list item below the figure and flickerty will still move the list images along fine with the image captions or alt or text.
Just an idea as I’m currently using the ‘alt’ tag from the image gallery with custom JS to place the alt tag as html in the list item to move with image.

Its a bit of a run around but am super stoked with your gallery system so far! Thanks so much for rocking this out ??

Thanks Rich! Will see if I can make a workaround for the time being with a hook or two and some fancy js ??
Hopefully something could be sorted at some point.
