this is as close a topic as i can find so i am putting my problem here.

I purchased the add-on login and when i enter my email and last name (things set in the setup) i get NO RECORD FOUND

the record has been approved.

this also happens when i use the private link that i got when i created my record.

From the admin side, the record is there, i can edit it, and the private iink is the same was what was sent in the initial email.

I have had trouble with documentation in finding any any information about this problem.

well i had it set to default to the billing address (to me that means that one will see the shipping address as the billing address with and option to change)

i changed the default to be the shipping address and i still do no get a shipping address to show up on the checkout page

it is not my theme – Event Manager is on 2 other sites with the same theme and it is working correctly on those sites.

when i try to add the location on this site i get location not found – but it does show up in google maps.

Google has made displaying maps so difficult –
what i really need is the test that is being made that causes “map unavailable” and “location not found” to be displayed.

i am sure it is something with the api – but i have one api for all 3 sites and have just added the sites to the list – but for some reason this site still does not want to display the map.

what is happening with your plugin activated is that it masked the error that came from Events Manager
I got a blank page

when i de-activated your plugin – i could see the error

there was another update to EM today – still having problem

can someone tell me how to unscribe from this forum?

I first deactivated all plugins except wp-members (and many of the ad-ons)
and still had trouble
when i then deactivated wp-members everything worked correctly – ie – the paypal button went to paypal instead of staying on the page.
today i did the opposite
all plugins are active except wp-members and it’s ad-ons
and the event manager is working fine on the ipad

since this seems to rule out any other plugin – it is between these two plugins

at this time – i am leaving wp-members deactivated – will find something else to use
thank you for understanding and taking the time to actually test

btw – the theme is a custom theme in use for 10 years! and is only set up for page and text – no forms, etc

I was able to get everything i needed into the to: email as well as the conformation email and for the form to look nice too!

under screen options everything is checked
did not see an option specifically for metadata

i got the redirect working but part 2 of the question was about menus
i found the plugin for simple wp membership menus but when i installed it, it said it was not compatible with my version of WP (the lastest one), also the menu i had disappeared, i went looking for documentation about where/how to setup and found none – does this help?

my menu went away after i installed the simple membership menu option – this plugin not tested with current version either
the documentation is lacking for this plugin (addon for memus)

i had my hosting company up the variable limit to 3000 but that did not change what was happening – i got the about page and contact page back, but lost the membership pages, so something else is broken
