I am also having this issues. The dropdown is present on the screen that shows all of the orders and can be selected and printed, however, the buttons are not present under the Order Printing Section within the Order Details. Please Advise.

no need for another thread, I was inadvertently on an older version of the electro theme. Once I downloaded the updated version, everything is now working as expected.

I have the same issue, unfortunately this fix provided by @nsreem seems to break the function of the category pages but I can now actually create blog posts. As @yurbshop21 mentions downgrading to 8.03 seems to fix everything. Does anyone have any addl updates to this? I submitted a request to Madras Themes, I have not heard back yet.

I was able to manually push the tracking data from shipworks up to the site on one of my orders. I also was able to update the order status manually from Shipworks.

@jpdavy1 Did you re-enable the Actions in Shipworks to Auto Push the tracking Data?

Ok I just spoke with Olivier, the Developer, and he is pushing out a fix that should appear in the next 15 minutes or so. I think he indicated that it had something to do with a conflict with the woocommerce shipment tracking plugin.

When it happened with the first order I figured it was just a fluke, but then it happened with another order and the data it deletes is not the same on each order. It looks it overwrites a bunch of the Meta Keys in postmeta table with _wc_shipment_tracking_items over and over with the Tracking Data.

Huge Issue – Our Customer Order Information is Getting Deleted Upon Updating Shipment Data!!!
