Can you try to clear cache, deactivate some plugins related with WooCommerce or activate a default WordPress theme (Twenty Seventeen, …)?

Please check plugin settings again. (Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Buy Now)
– Reset Cart before Buy Now
– Remove Quantity input

Note:
– Delete old version first.
– Save changes (Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Buy Now > Save changes)
– Test it.
I tested it via Twenty Seventeen and it’s ok.

Can you check it with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen,..)?
Maybe deactivate some plugins related to WooCommerce.

I do not understand what is happening to you but can you clear cache and test it with default WordPress theme (Twenty sixteen,…) and the latest version of WooCommerce and Stripe.
