Thanks @cookieyesteam but:
For suggestion 1 – What you list is exactly what my cookie notice already displays. It says “We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, serve personalized ads or content, and analyze our traffic. By clicking “Accept All”, you consent to our use of cookies.”
For suggestion 2 – I already link to Google’s policies in my privacy page. From reading Google’s own “rules”, linking to such policies is just a recommendation and not a violation if not present. I can additionally add this to the cookie description, but why if this is required to be GDPR compliant, is it not already part of the description created by the plugin?
Is there anything else that looks incorrect about how cookies are processed, created etc. on my site via your plugin? My concern is that I have set-up things incorrectly. Or from your point of view, is everything working correctly and compliant?

@tobiasbg thank you so much, you’re an absolute lifesaver! Before reading your post I’d discovered if I removed the flag column it would load with no issues but that would mean sacrificing the visuals.
After your comment about the noscript, I’ve looked into my lazy loading plugin (Part of Smush for anyone with the same issue in the future) and found that it is possible to disable noscript for lazy loading. Disabling it resolved the long load time completely!
Thanks again!
