In reply to: [WooCommerce] Related Products sometimes don’t show up.Hi Linda.
Thanks.
That may be the case. I’ll have to check on that.I’ve also encountered another problem that may be a bug.
Sometimes the cross sells or up sells that I put in don’t show up. I’ll add 2 or 3 things and one just won’t show up on the products page.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Do coupons work with Printful? Thanks.
I got in touch with Printful and finally the dots connected. Here’s how it works. When a customer buys something from my store that Printful dropships, I actually pay PF what they charge me and then I charge a markup to my customer.
So if I use a coupon from WC and mark an item down, I still pay PR the same thing but the customer will be charged minus whatever the coupon is.
So it works out by just using the WC coupon. No problem.

Yeah. I was starting to think that.BTW, one thing I can’t find any way to control is the “Related Products.”
I know how to control the “You may also like.” And the “You may also be interested in” that appears in the cart. But the the Related Products are completely random as far as I can see. How would I tell the plugin what to put in there?
Thanks.

In reply to: How to ship with 2 or more companies?Hi.
I’m just using the free WooCommerce plugin. Don’t want to buy a shipping extension until I figure this all out.
So far, shipping has been the most confusing part of having an online store.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Image fills the Shop Page – Way Too BigWell, I came up with a way around it.
I just squashed the carousel into a 1/3 column.
For now that should do it.Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Image fills the Shop Page – Way Too BigIn the Avada theme I have the Woo Carousel on the page, not an Avada carousel.
There doesn’t seem to be anything other than that for the SHOP page.I checked all the settings for the Woocarousel but there’s no way I can find to customize it for one regular size image.
I’m sure the CSS is the way to go but I haven’t got a clue how to do that. If it’s easy enough, can you tell me where the code should go?
Thanks.Forum: Plugins

Ignore the home page. Not done. Go to the SHOP page.
One more thing. If I add more products, the images shrink to make room. But since I only have one product I’ll need that SHOP page to look sensible.
Thanks.
Not me.
Nope.
Can’t figure it out. I was hoping upgrading the plugin would fix it but it didn’t.
I even tried deleting the setting and starting over. Still no cigar.
Hope someone comes up with an answer. Seems like it should be an easy fix.
