The thumbnails are displayed but when you click on the thumbnail a lightbox is not initialized at all.

OK update, I ended up dropping the files needed in the secure folder, but the only page that is being display on the page is the home page..all other pages that are secured when viewed link to the homepage page/index.php.

Is there something in particular that I need to do to prevent this??

Yep I did solve it, the way I loaded my scripts seemed to be interfering with the Gravity Forms Plugin. I ended up enqueuing them in the function.php file and that solved the issue.

What issue are you having exactly??
