Sorry for the delayed reply. I had a meeting with a Facebook Dev and it seems to be a from with WooCommerce not accepting or parsing that an order has been placed through Fakebook commerce manager. The WooCommerce integration and Facebook commerce still seems to be in beta. I will raise this issue in the woocommerce support thread.

Through the official Facebook for woocommerce plugin I am able to sync my product catalog on both Instagram and Facebook respectively. From there I am able to make ads or tag products for example. Like you have hinted, there seems to be some discrepancy or lack of full integration because I can now activate the checkout on instagram feature but it seems to not be fully fleshed out as it relates to woocommerce. The instagram shopping extensions doesnt seem like it would give me any added features that i dont have currently as my products are already synced. The problem lies with Facebook having the need to confirm back to woocommerce and i dont know if that is handled through this plugin.

Additionally, the product ID is missing from my pixel for products with variations so i am unable to add the automatic data feed through the pixel option. https://snipboard.io/vXpRMJ.jpg . I dont know if this is all related

On the other hand i was able to resolve my issue by enabling some extensions on php 8.1. The plugin now works with no issues. Thanks for your time and the great plugin.

I dont know if it is ok to comment but I am also having issues on PHP 8.1. Plugin works great on php 8.0 and below but on php 8.1 i immediately get a 500 error.

We were wrong that it was not a conflicting plugin. Apparently, it was updating the database manually that fixed it. Now on woocommerce 4.5.2 it is not working.

You can close this ticket out. We think the problem was associated with Wordfence (wp_wfconfig) and causing issues with our database access. We have since removed the plugin and have not had any issues with litespeed since.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I have submitted a support ticket along with a woocommerce status report.

Wow!!!!! that is ridiculous. If they weren’t in india they would be getting served i swear! Just calling it a loss though something tells me this is what they do and are not actually even selling the company and trying to con us for more. Karma is a ***** and God does NOT like UGLY!

Unfortunately we waited too long so we cant get a refund but if you can OPEN A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK!
